Janmar utilizes a modular design and manufacturing process. By stocking large quantities of highly tooled, common components that are assembled in our California facility, our delivery times are shortened. The results are some of the fastest delivery times in the industry and the ability to handle large orders quickly. Janmar’s broad product offering and modular manufacturing platform make it possible to modify existing designs or add special adaptations in order to create new fixtures solutions.
Orders typically ship in 2 to 3 weeks. In most cases, it is possible to expedite an order, since all common parts are usually in stock at our facility.
When an unforeseen spike in business occurs that creates a shortage of a particular part, we can resolve the issue quickly with our local vendor partners who produce the additional parts and deliver them to our facility. This is an efficient alternative to waiting 6 to 8 weeks for parts shipped from overseas.
